Sur demande les treuils BATTU peuvent \u00eatre \u00e9quip\u00e9s d\u00b4un ensemble moteur frein <i><b>DANFOSS<\/b><\/i> (Type PMS coupl\u00e9 \u00e0 un frein DG RF\/289 2\/43).<\/p>\n<p>Le frein permet de bloquer temporairement une charge lors d\u00b4une op\u00e9ration de halage.<\/p>\n<h2>Installation et entretien<\/h2>\n<p>Le treuil est con\u00e7u pour \u00eatre fix\u00e9 en utilisant 6 vis M14. Il peut \u00eatre fix\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une pi\u00e8ce d&rsquo;adaptation de mani\u00e8re frontale ou lat\u00e9ral. Nous pr\u00e9conisons l&rsquo;usage de visserie Classe 8-8 et la fixation imp\u00e9rative par les 6 taraudages.<br \/>\n&#8211; Les raccords hydraulique utilis\u00e9s et le raccordement \u00e0 la pompe du v\u00e9hicule doit \u00eatre pr\u00e9vus en fonction des capacit\u00e9s maximales admises par le moteur soit :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pression maximum 210Bars<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9bit maximum 60l\/mn<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Les pi\u00e8ces composant le treuil BATTU sont issues de fabrication sp\u00e9ciale et poss\u00e8dent des caract\u00e9ristiques m\u00e9canique pr\u00e9cises.
